Classic three bedroom downtown Ocean City condo. This condo offers a large living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two full-bathrooms. First bedroom features a queen sized bed. Second bedroom features a pyramid bunk-bed. Third bedroom features a queen sized bed, ensuite full-bathroom and television. There is a balcony and courtyard area along the front of the condo that are a great place to relax after a long day in the sun and sand. Prime downtown location is a short walk from the beach, boardwalk, shopping, amusements, parks, restaurants and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License Number - 28226

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

coastal life was very slow to respond to anything we had to say. They always had the auto response going but never actually got back to us. two days before we checked in the notified me the dryer just broke and that they were working on getting it fixed. Turns out they knew it was broke for almost a week before we were due to check in. Having a washer and dryer was a key component into booking our stay. Not having it ment an extra inconvenience for us while on our family vacation. on top of that the bedroom tv never worked and they never responded back to us asking for guidance.

Nightmare experience. Filthy stained pillows and urine-stained mattresses, disgusting moldy shower curtains, sticky “sex rags” left on the bed, ratty stinky bedding, food crumbs, black mold in AC units, sofa bed broken, TVs broken, and the dryer broken. Asked Airbnb to relocate us, but nothing available anywhere in OC for 6 people. Called about the dryer upon check-in, and was told they can’t fix it until next week (after we check out). Our group included 5 teen boys, who packed light because we expected a working washer & dryer. I spent many hours of our 4-day vacay at the local laundromat. Finally they sent a cleaning crew who came early morning but the kids were sleeping. Crew offered to return at 2 PM but never showed up. Coastal Life’s attitude was, “You chose to stay there anyway, so tough luck.” A very rude rep from Coastal Life sent me snarky remarks. They did absolutely nothing to improve our experience, and added to our problems with their bad attitude.

At 4:54pm on August 4th, K. Pearson Brown checked into English Condo #2. The guest reached out to our office at 5:04pm and stated that the linen company had not picked up linens and they were located in a large linen bag. She also mentioned crumbs left behind on the countertop. Immediately at 5:18pm Coastal Life messaged the guest back and stated we would send the linen vendors to collect the dirty bag of linens and leave new fresh ones. During that communication, Coastal Life also asked the guest if she would like us to send the cleaners back to the condo for anything they may have inadvertently missed. The guest's 5:18pm response was "It's OK as far as the cleaning.". After speaking to the linen company, Coastal Life sent another message to the guest informing them that they had spoken to the linen company and that new would be on the way. At 5:25pm the guest messaged Coastal Life and noted that the dryer knob was broken and needed repair. Again, Coastal Life immediately responded apologizing and stating that the appliance company would be called in order to get them scheduled to come out. Coastal Life did not hear from the guest again until 10:52pm in which they asked for the cleaners to be sent back. This was after 6 hours of occupying the condo and saying the condo was clean and declining cleaners previously. Coastal Life agreed to send the cleaners back to the condo in the morning to which the guest replied "Thank you". Yet when the cleaners arrived at the condo, the guest swiftly turned them away. This would be the second time the guest declined to have the cleaner back in to address any issues. ON August 5th the guest asked for "a refund and to rebook elsewhere based on an appliance not functioning. Again, Coastal Life immediately responded and stated we would send this request to the owner. The owner agreed to a refund if the guest would vacate the condo....not sure what the guest was looking for at this point as they did choose to stay and not take the refund. This offer was sent to the guest multiple times, but each time was declined such as the offer to have the cleaners come back to the condo. Based on all of this, it seems as if the guest just wanted a full refund, but also to stay in the condo. Now I will address the false statements in the guest's review above. 1) sex rags? Why was none of this mentioned at any point to the host? Because it's not true. The guest clearly stated in writing that there was a dirty bag of linens left behind that the linen vendor forgot to pick up. That was the only mention of this until this review. The only item mentioned to Coastal Life upon check in was the crumbs on the counter. That's when the guest stated "it's OK as far as cleanliness". Also untrue is her quote from Coastal Life. This is slander as the statement she has in parenthesis was never written. Seems to be a case of a guest trying to go out of their way to make Coastal Life look bad as she did not receive a full refund from them along with allowing them to stay in the condo. This guest clearly had a mission and is doing everything she can to sully the name of our vacation rental company. Please take a look at the other Airbnb reviews for Coastal Life Vacations before reading into this exaggerated review. Here's how it should read. Guest let host know of linen and minor clean issue. Host sent out new linens and offered cleaner to come back. Guest declined clean. Guest later informed host that dryer was broken. Host called appliance service tech and got scheduled for Monday morning as it was a weekend. Guest contacted host again and asked cleaners to be sent back. Host agreed and sent cleaners back. Cleaners were denied entry by the guest. Guest asked for refund. Host granted refund. Guest stayed and proceeded to chastise host for the remainder of their stay and post an unflattering review. Those are the true events of what happened and reading this you can see Coastal Life did everything they could to assist this guest.....it just wasn't good enough for them. Not without a dollar sign attached.

The two main problems that we had were, televisions were not working and the dryer was broken. Don't list these as amenities if they are broken.

Overall pretty good besdies the excessive hair on the coach, pillows were dirty and had stains and the floors in the rooms were dirty. Also things were left in the shower. Host was friendly
