Description Description
Two bedroom direct oceanfront condo with nice views and amenities. This condo offers two bedrooms, two full-bathrooms and an open living area. The living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a large balcony off of the living area and master bedroom that offers lounging and dining areas. This is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful views. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king-sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, single bed and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. Building amenities include an indoor pool, fitness room, onsite parking and easy beach access. Restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, parks and more are all close by. Additional parking may be purchased thru the condo building if available on a first come, first serve basis. Wifi may be purchased thru the English Towers management office. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Guests are responsible for a $50 building registration fee upon arrival. License #58040 Condo is located on the 8th floor.

General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.

The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.

No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.

Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.

Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

We've stayed at a lot of AirBnB's, & this was our worst experience. The toughest part was the lack of sheets & towels in the place, despite that being one of the reasons we booked it (many places in Ocean City ask you to bring your own bedding). So, when we got in from the concert at 1 am, it was a tough pill to swallow not having sheets, or any towels to shower with in the morning. We did reach out to Coastal Life about the issue-- they told us that it was on our end & we needed to look harder for the bag of sheets & towels. After taking pictures of every nook and cranny to confirm that we didn't have any, they did ask the company to drop off the needed bedding. This was around noon the next day. We thankfully had enough time to shower before heading out for our day. Things got better from there (the porch has a gorgeous view), but keep in mind you'll pay $50 for parking and the internet is an additional charge, too. Grateful to AirBnB that this is our first negative review.

Great September Getaway
Lovely, comfortable unit with one of the best balconies of all of the places I've stayed at over the years. Modern furnishings and finishes in the kitchen, bathrooms, comfortable beds. Some of the furniture could use some updates (couches) and removal of dingy carpeting in Master is suggested. Appreciated the security of the facility. Extra fees for parking and tv/wifi were a new one for us. The smell of cigar smoke and marijuana from adjoining units was unpleasant but night manager tried to address. Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful, except for the curt woman in the office. These are small issues, but worth noting. When you spend a lot of money on a vacation, you should be satisfied all around.

Pros - Nice view with big balcony (our #1 amenity in our opinion - Comfortable king bed and big master bath - Loading in and out area by side door was helpful - Indoor pool Cons - Uncomfortable queen bed and twin bed in additional room. In that room, window faces the elevator and AC unit so it’s really noisy - Have to pay for WiFi (packages are expensive) but you could watch TV and stream without buying a package - Have to pay separately for building registration/parking pass - key FOB entry - Nearest grocery store in walking distance is 15 mins - No one answered my messages all weekend when dryer didn’t work and miscellaneous things were broken - Asked if there would be a crockpot or blender, host said no, we brought our own, there were both there - Doesn’t appear host knows what’s actually going on in the condo, hotel lobby manager and maintenance person on site were much more helpful than host Overall, would not stay here again. Way too expensive for what you get.

Hello BreeAnne, and thank you for your feedback. In your review you mentioned that the host did not respond all weekend, but that is simply not the case. When checking your messageboard for communications with Coastal Life, it seems as though they responded to each message you sent. When Coastal asked if you would like us to send out someone to address the dryer issue, you stated you did not want someone in the condo and would address it with English Towers maintenance direct. We can certainly provide you with the transcripts of the messages if you would like. When you note that the on-site English Towers staff has more insight to the building…..you are correct. They are on-site and they only deal with the English Towers building…..they should indeed know that building like the back of their hand. Items like wifi and parking costs are all mentioned in the property description so the guest is aware of those charges prior to booking the reservation. That information is also laid out in the Welcome Guidebook Coastal sends you at the time of booking. Again, we thank you for the feedback and will certainly pass this along to the owner.

The only negative was that we were provided with only one key FOB for the building, which is necessary for accessing both the building and its amenities. With five adults and separate schedules, coordinating access was challenging.
