Oceanfront vacationing at its finest in this direct oceanfront townhome with awesome views of the beach and ocean. The home has been beautifully renovated and is well maintained. It offers plenty of living space, three bedrooms, three full-bathrooms and lots of outdoor space. The living level features the living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a large oceanfront deck off of the living room that is another living area in itself with outdoor lounging and dining furniture. The first bedroom is on the living level and features a king sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The oceanfront master bedroom on the third floor features a king sized bed, television, private balcony and ensuite full-bathroom. The third bedroom on the third floor features two sets of full sized bunk-beds, television, ensuite full-bathroom and television. The entry level features a covered deck and tiki bar. Home is within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, parks, amusements and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License Number - 72972

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Nice home and great location, but there were so many little things off. Hot water heater wasn’t on when we arrived: made for a fun first morning... Thermostat was set to cool only, and it was frigid the weekend we stayed: after messaging, hosts changed the setting remotely but capped the max temp at 70, which wasn’t enough to make the upstairs bedroom warm. We bought laundry detergent after not seeing any in the laundry room, but later found a pod…under the kitchen sink on a totally different level. The linens that were left for us via the service had definitely been washed, but there was a long craggily hair in with the towels (gross) and the sheets for the master bedroom were ripped.

Glad you liked the townhome Jerry, it really is gorgeous and you're right.... outstanding location! In regards to the couple of issues found upon your arrival, we acted as quickly as we could to rectify them. You were the first reservation of the season and owners typically have their water heaters turned off due to being a fire/flood hazard. We got the water heater turned back on with a quick flip of the switch. The thermostat is regulated by the property owner, and when notified of your request, he changed the setting over so that you could adjust manually. We did not hear back from you in regards to any continued issue with the thermostat.... he we have heard that you were still chilly, we could have made further adjustments to help! As for the linens, we also were never notified of this problem. Had we been notified, we could have had new linens delivered to your vacation rental relatively quickly. Our linen vendor is the best in the game and would immediately have ratified this situation for you. Thank you for your feedback and we will gladly pass it along to the property owner.
