Large poolside townhome in the bay front community of Portofino. Home offers lots of living space, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It is well maintained and in good condition. The open living area features the living room with sleep-sofa, dining area, half-bath, fully equipped kitchen and sunroom with sleep-sofa. The sunroom leads out to the rear patio and community pool. Master bedroom features a queen sized bed, television and ensuite full bathroom. Second bedroom and third bedrooms each feature a full sized bed. There is a second full-bathroom to serve the second and third bedrooms. Community amenities include an outdoor pool and waterfront activity pier. The Portofino community is within a short drive of the beach, shopping, restaurants, amusements and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License Number - 4426
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Never been to an airbnb that u have to put on your sheets n take them off before check out. What do they do w/ all the cleaning fees they charged us. The carpet look n feel filthy. Must take all the trash n put all the dishes away, so we pay almost 40% of cleaning fees n stupid fees. Then we have to do all the work. Horrible experience, my friend forgot her retainer, ask them to check n us no. No respond for a week already. Never go there again….not worth the money we paid for it. I never write negative reviews, but this is a must
Hello April, and thank you for your feedback. I'm happy to respond. Our Guests here at Coastal Life do not pay for linens... these are provided to all of our guest courtesy of our company. Because we provide these for free to ALL of our guests, we simply cannot logistically make all beds in every condo prior to the guests arrival. We work with a local linen vendor who drops off the guest linen package prior to arrival....time constraints do not allow us to make each and every bed in all of our vacation rentals. With 100 vacation rentals in our inventory, that would take a full day. The check in and out window is 4.5 hours. We believe that providing the guest with FREE linens so they do not have to rent them at a cost, or bring them from home, far outweighs the cons of not having the beds made. Also, a a past Airbnb guest, I would not want the sheets to be already on the beds....I would like them to be shrink-wrapped (as ours are) in order to ensure they are clean and unused. In regards to the cleaning...we ask you pick up after yourselves and treat the condo as if it were your own. Take trash out, wash your dirty dishes in the dishwasher.....things that are not terribly difficult to do. Not close to "all the work" you refer to in your review. We do not ask you to scrub the bathtubs, clean the toilets, mop the floors, etc.... that is what the cleaning fee is for. Seems as if vacation rentals are not what you're looking for April and maybe a hotel is more your style. And for any possible guest reading this....I implore you to read the many positive reviews for this wonderful vacation rental. Every once in a while you have a guest that silly did not find what they were looking for. To each their own.
